1
Needled mat
Product introduction
A glass fiber needled mat is a porous nonwoven mat with a specific thickness ranging from 3 to 25 mm. It is produced by carding and needle punching small-diameter E-glass fibers on a needled mat machine. Countless tiny cavities are formed within the fiber mat, giving the product excellent heat insulation characteristics. Additionally, E-glass fiber provides high temperature resistance and good electrical insulation properties. The product does not contain any adhesives, making it a characteristic environment-friendly product compared to existing thermal insulation and filtering materials. Note: With a fluffy structure and low thermal conductivity, needled mats can be used as heat insulation material and vehicle exhaust filtering material. The thickness, width, and weight of the mats can be adjusted according to customers' requirements.

Wet-laid mat
Product introduction
A wet-laid mat is a glass fiber product with excellent performance. It is made from wet chopped strands using the papermaking process, and is coated with a special adhesive. Wet-laid mats can be produced using E-glass or ECR-glass. An E-glass wet-laid mat is made from electronic grade wet chopped strands, providing good electrical insulation and acid resistance properties. It finds extensive applications in the electronic industry. An ECR glass wet-laid mat is produced using ECR wet chopped strands specially designed for corrosion resistance. It offers strong acid resistance, which further increases with higher ambient temperatures. Note: With good resin adsorption capacity, wet-laid mats are mostly used for the surface materials of customers' downstream products. The thickness, width, weight, and combustible content of the mats can be adjusted according to customers' requirements.

Stitched mat
Product introduction
A stitched mat is made by evenly spreading the strands of glass fiber plied yarn and subsequently sewing them together using polyester yarn. This type of mat is primarily used in pultrusion, RTM, filament molding, hand lay-up molding, and other molding processes. Typical products include pipes of pultruded profiles, and storage tanks.

Chopped strand mat
Product introduction
A chopped strand mat is a flaky mat created by randomly and evenly spreading chopped glass fibers, which are then bonded together using an adhesive. Depending on the type of adhesive used, it can be classified as either powder chopped strand mat or emulsion chopped strand mat. Chopped strand mats possess several characteristics, including fast resin impregnation, excellent moldability, easy construction, high wet strength retention, good transparency in laminates, and low cost. They are well-suited for various hand lay-up FRP products, including plates, daylighting panels, hulls, bathtubs, cooling towers, anticorrosive materials, and vehicles. Additionally, chopped strand mats can also be employed for continuous FRP plate/tile molding machines.
